1. General Questions

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the United States.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Typically you will receive your order within 1 to 3 weeks. Some products will incur longer wait times due to product availability, shipping methods available and the current Covid-19 pandemic.

We will use expedited shipping when available at no additional cost.

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

You can make purchases on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can chose any one of these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only accept US Dollars.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

Unfortunately, not at this time. We do not currently have a partnership with one of the companies that offer these programs.

 3. Shipping

What are the shipping options?

We ship all orders free using Standard Shipping; however, we will use Expedited Shipping is available for faster delivery at no additional cost.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please reach out to us immediately at ilovebeingagirlboutique@gmail.com with your name and order number.

How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

4.  Returns

Do you have a return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ilovebeingagirlboutique@gmail.com. Please provide your name, order number and the reason for the return.

What do I do if I received a damaged or defective order?

Please reach out to us immediately at ilovebeingagirlboutique@gmail.com with your name, order number and photos of the item.
